laser beam deflectors

We design your specific 1D,2D laserhead for robot or manual use. Calculations of the optimal beam path and use of specific lenses on your demand.

We offer different control cards with xy-100 protocol.

We can design your own control card with PLC integration.

X-Y- axis galvo for apertures from 10- 25 mm

For low powers till 300 watt the collimator is fixed to the fiber end. At higher powers a QHB connector is used to have a precise coupling to the next optical element, mostly a collimator.

Air cooled /water cooled collimators with QHB coupling if needed. To obtain the optimal spot density

collimators are important. For low powers till 300 watt an collimator without cooling is ok, we mostely use the air cooled type so we can connect later an extra air hose.

As soon as you use 50mj and higher pulsed lasers from 500 watt on upwards a water cooling is the rule. We mostly use a separate chiller seen the low water flows.

The right quality of lenses is important to avoid thermal optical problems. There are different glass qualities depending on the used power density of light going through the lens.

These lenses come in fixed focal distances fron 50 till 800 mm.

Beam path design is critical in every head system.

QHB water cooled fiber end.

Isolator+collimator to avoid back reflection in critical reflective applications.

QCS is the smallest collimator you can get.

A simple convex lens can concentrate the laser light to a small spot.Optical defocussing is happening at a distance of the centerline

To obtain no optical defocussing in your workfield an F-theta lens is used to correct the outerfield defocussing. So everything in your workfield will be in focus.

The F-theta consist in a set off lenses to correct the light path.
